Utah Jump$tart is a coalition of organizations that are committed to improving the financial literacy of our community’s youth. By providing advocacy, research, standards, and educational resources, Utah Jump$tart achieves its goal to improve the personal financial literacy of young people from kindergarten through college-age.Utah Jump$tart strives to prepare youth for life-long successful financial decision-making by raising awareness of the need for personal finance fundamentals; enhancing the effectiveness of personal financial education; promoting responsible fiscal attitudes and behaviors; and encouraging networking and cooperative efforts among business, community, government and education.
Their educational resources have been specifically designed in collaboration with the Utah Education Network and the Utah State Office of Education for Utah teachers, students and parents for teaching financial literacy to youth, scholarships and more.
