Utah Division of Securities

The Utah Council on Financial and Economic Education is proud to have the active participation of The Utah Division of Securities.
The Utah Division of Securities (UDS) is the state agency responsible for regulating the investment industry and enforcing Utah’s securities laws. The UDS issues licenses to brokers, dealers, and investment advisors, and all other agents and representatives requiring them to meet minimum standards of competence, training, and fair dealing and allowing them to do business in Utah. The UDS also works to help educate and protect Utah investors.
As part of an effort education investors and consumers, the Utah Division of Securities provides the public with the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their investments. The Division also provides tools and resources so that investors can research investment opportunities and the companies or individuals selling those investments.
The Utah Division of Securities has provided many great resources to the Believe website! Check them out here!
