Today I’d like to introduce you to a unique organization, the Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund.
The Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund (UMLF) provides management assistance and funding to small business owners who cannot qualify for traditional small business loans. Whether loans are used for inventory, equipment, payroll or other costs, the UMLF understands that small business owners need access to money but often can’t qualify for bank loans because they lack a business history, sufficient collateral or have limited or poor credit.
The UMLF is a great organization and we’re so glad to have them as part of the Utah Council on Financial and Economic Education!
